    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by MIYAX ("MIYAX," "we," "us," or "our") and the purchase of our space memorial services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

      Service Process

      The service process includes:

      • Selection of service package.

      • Submission of required material, details and payment.

      • Preservation & Secure Storage.

      • Scheduling of satellite launch.

      • Live-Streamed Launch.

      • Delivery of commemoration items upon successful launch.

      Service Limitations
      • (a) Services are subject to aerospace and regulatory constraints.

      • (b) Launch schedules may be changed due to technical or safety reasons.

      • (c) We cannot guarantee specific launch dates with absolute certainty.

      Compliance and Ethics

      We adhere to all relevant international space laws and regulations.

  • PRICING AND PAYMENT

      Payment Methods

      We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) and other digital payment options.

      All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

      Prices may change at the company’s discretion without prior notice.

      • (a) All displayed prices include applicable taxes.

  • SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

      Shipping Process
      • We provide two (2) shipments as part of the service:

        • Shipment 1: After purchase, we will deliver the Starbound Transport Kit to collect ashes from the customers.

        • Shipment 2: After the successful launch, we will deliver the commemorative items to the customers.

      Delivery Timeframe
        • The Starbound Transport Kit will be shipped within 14 working days of purchase.

        • Commemorative items will be shipped within 14 working days after the launch.

      • Delivery time is subject to carrier performance

    • 5.3
      Shipping Fee

      Both shipments are provided free of charge.

  • Cancellation AND REFUND POLICY
    • 6.1
      Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
        • Cancel within 7 days of payment – Eligible for an 80% refund.

        • Cancel after 7 days of payment – Eligible for a 50% refund.

        • Cancel after ashes are received and secured in the vault – Eligible for a 20% refund.

        • No cancellations or refunds after the launch window is assigned. Once a launch slot is confirmed, all payments are final.

      Cancellation Request Process

      Contact support at support@miyax.org. Refund requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days.

      Refund Processing & Payment Methods

      Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days and issued via the original payment method. If unavailable, an alternative refund option will be provided.

      Force Majeure & Mission Assurance

      No refunds will be issued in force majeure cases. A second launch will be scheduled at no extra cost.

  • Transfer & Rescheduling Policy

      Transferability

      Bookings are non-transferable.

      Material Submission Deadlines

      If materials (ashes or DNA-encoded messages) are not submitted by the deadline, the Company will offer a 1-month extension. If missed, rescheduling will be for the next available mission.

  • Stellar Mission Assurance

    We assure one successful launch. In the event of an unsuccessful first launch due to circumstances beyond our control, a second launch will be scheduled at no additional cost.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

    All MIYAX website content belongs to the Company and is protected by international copyright laws.

  • PRIVACY POLICY

    The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits.

    The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

  • DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    Any dispute arising from these Terms will be addressed first through our refund process. If unresolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

  • GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  • WEBSITE USAGE

      Prohibited Activities

      The use of our website content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

      User Conduct

      Users must not violate any applicable law or regulation while using the website.

  • ASHES HANDLING AND STORAGE

      Storage Protocols

      The Company securely stores ashes in individual Starbound Transport Kit in a climate-controlled environment.

      Record Keeping

      Chain of custody documentation is maintained for all ashes.

  • FORCE MAJEURE

    Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond their control (e.g., extreme weather, regulatory delays, rocket failure).

  • REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

    We comply with all relevant space industry regulations and maintain necessary licenses and permits.

  • CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

      Information Accuracy

      Customers must provide accurate and complete information for all service aspects.

      Instructions Compliance

      Customers must follow instructions for the collection and submission of ashes.

      Legal Authorization

      Customers must ensure they have the legal rights to dispose of the ashes as part of the service.

  • DATA RETENTION

      We retain customer data for 7 years for record-keeping purposes.

      Unlaunched Ashes

      Unlaunched ashes will be stored for 1 year before being respectfully disposed of.

      Customers must ensure their contact information is current.

  • INDEMNIFICATION

    Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their use of our services or violation of these Terms.

  • SEVERABILITY

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

  • MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
